My office is located at 2033 E Edgewood Dr, Suite 4, Lakeland, FL 33803, situated right between Florida Southern College and Southeastern University. Whether you are coming from campus or living in the area, the office is easily accessible for students and young professionals throughout Lakeland. Virtual sessions are also available for clients located anywhere in Florida or Arizona.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Florida and Arizona. I am able to provide virtual therapy to residents living anywhere in the states of Florida or Arizona.

My practice specializes in supporting young women (ages 16 to 35) navigating the unique challenges of life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, and the everyday pressures of balancing it all. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space tailored to helping you step into your own strength.

I do not take insurance, but I promise it is less daunting than it sounds!

Choosing not to contract with insurance companies means your care stays completely private, and we get full freedom to plan your therapy sessions around what you need, without a timeline dictating our work.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a monthly document called a "superbill". Many clients submit this to their insurance company to get a portion of their session fees reimbursed.

The therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy! To help you decide, I offer a free, brief 15-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to chat about what you are looking for, answer any initial questions you have, and see if my style feels right for you.

Your first session is all about getting comfortable and building a connection. We will discuss what is bringing you to therapy right now, look at your background and history, and talk about what you hope to achieve. You don’t have to have it all figured out, we will take it entirely at your pace.

Because healing and growth look different for everyone, there is no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some clients find the support they need in a few months, while others prefer ongoing, long-term collaboration. We will consistently check in on your progress to ensure our sessions are still serving your goals.
